I had the incredible opportunity to work with the design team and learn how a global business functions from within — beyond just design, into how an agency operates at scale.
I witnessed how departments coordinate with precision, how decisions cascade across teams, and how clarity and structure define a company’s identity just as much as its branding. More than just learning design, I learned how projects align to business growth which is through usability, communication, and strategy. I learned about how project feasibility is assessed, how timelines are structured across disciplines, and how decision-making unfolds in real time. It gave me a clear perspective on how systems run, evolve, and adapt inside a business.
Coming from a storytelling background, I was curious to see how narrative could take shape through systems. What I found was a culture of clarity, feedback, and sharp intent behind every decision. While I got the chance to work on websites, wireframes, and creatives for vastly different needs, I loved gaining perspective on how the narrative is built to target specific audiences.
